Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Hunker, made by Kineto-Soft (Ugur Akcelik, Turin, Italy, VAT IT12938420010). By using Hunker, you agree to them.
Using Hunker
Hunker helps you focus: it runs study sessions, blocks the apps you pick, shows your screen time and applies the daily limits you set. You decide what to block. You can stop a session, change a limit, turn off Hunker's permissions or uninstall it at any time. Hunker never blocks phone calls, emergency apps or Android Settings.
Blocking depends on Android and on the permissions you give. Some apps or phones may not be blockable, so Hunker can't promise to block every app every time.
Hunker Pro
- Hunker Pro is a subscription, sold through Google Play, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Pro then stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments and refunds follow Google Play's terms and refund policy.
- If Pro ends, your daily limits pause and the free limits apply again. Your settings stay on your phone.
- We may change prices for future periods. Google Play tells you before a price change applies to you.
Your responsibility
Use Hunker in a way that's safe and lawful. Don't use it to stop someone else from reaching help or using their own phone.
No warranty
Hunker is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be free of errors or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. If you keep using Hunker after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
